S.W. Flanagan replaced K.C. Sexton on Ranting And Raven, trained by Gavin Cromwell (Race 1)(injured).
J. Coen replaced K.C. Sexton on Treasure Memory, trained by A.J.Martin (Race 3)(injured).

331C Corrib Oil M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shuttle Diplomacy (FR), trained by Thomas Cooper, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have lost his left hind shoe but to be otherwise post race normal.

Sam Ewing, rider of Shuttle Diplomacy (FR), trained by Thomas Cooper, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and jumped poorly throughout.

331E W.B. Gavin & Co. H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Kevin A Murphy, rider of Artic Lane, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Kevin A Murphy was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Paul Collins, trained by Brian M. McMahon, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P.T. Smithers, rider of Fighting Fit (GB), trained by J.P.Dempsey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped.

331F COLM QUINN BMW H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined The Eggler, trained by Brian M. McMahon, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S.D. Torrens, rider of Swing Time, trained by V. T. O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

J.G. Gilligan, rider of Survivors Sister, trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, C.M Hogan, rider of Barryroe Madam (FR), trained by Brian M. McMahon, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he was outpaced in the early stages and stayed on up the hill.

331G Joe O'Gorman (C&G) (Pr-Am) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr J. Costello, rider of Poet's Gale, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr J. Costello was in breach of R.10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr J. Conheady, rider of Our Guide, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr J. Conheady was in breach of R.10.3(h)(arm above shoulder height) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

Mr J. Costello, rider of Poet's Gale, trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he lost an iron in the closing stages.
